This upcoming Wednesday I'll be teaching POUND in Stratford from 6pm-7pm. All profits from this class will go directly to the Our Lady of the Assumption church to help families in need during the Christmas season. We did this last year for the month of December and it was very successful. I'm hoping we can fill the class. I know December is a busy month for a lot people but think of it as doing a good deed while also getting your workout done. It's a win/win. :) Anyone wishing to attend can signup below!
