Glad to see you blogging again :)
I've been having the same protein smoothie for breakfast for years cause I don't like eating first thing in the am. . Except this am we had late breakfast Eggs,bacon,slice of toast and raspberries. :)

What do you like to put in your smoothie Sarah? Nothing wrong with bacon, eggs and toast either. ;-) Or a big batch of homemade pancakes from time to time!
