If I had a dollar for every time someone asked me about Body By Vi, I would be rich. I couldn't offer much of an opinion though. My cousin lost 50 lbs using the product and my good friend Jeff lost 42.5 lbs. Myself? I didn't try it. I worked hard to lose my weight. Blood, sweat, calorie counting and hard work. My opinion on this isn't going to change. Hard work and clean eating will get your results!
But - is it wrong to take Body by Vi? I'd be lying if I said I didn't use protein shakes to aid me along the way. I lived off protein shakes for months when I had my jaw broken. It's true I was sick of them after 3 months which in turn led me to binge eating on whatever I could get my hands on. This was and continues to be my major concern with people following this program. What happens when you stop the shakes? Are you going to drink the shakes for life? How do you handle going out for a meal when you are on the shakes? Millions of questions.
My friend Jeff, as mentioned above, lost 42.5 lbs since Christmas following the Body by Vi program. He's well aware of my skepticism and my concerns. Jeff has offered me the opportunity to try the product at no charge, for the next 30 days. I have a big bag of their protein powder and a bottle of Omega-3 capsules. I just made my first shake and so far I give it a 10/10 for flavour and texture. I used 2 scoops of protein powder, 1 cup of almond milk, some coffee and unsweetened cocoa. I blended all of that with 3 ice cubes and the taste was great. Exactly like ice cream. I'm now wondering what it would be like frozen. :)
Keep an eye on this spot as I plan on posting reviews on a regular basis. Jeff already knows I will be giving the GOOD, the BAD and the UGLY (if any) when it comes to this. I'm not selling this product so I don't make a dime either way.
