I decided to give these omega-3 fish oils a try after my friend Zoe Pineau did a video blog talking about how great they are in a smoothie. I went to GNC and found the price to be a little expensive so I decided to order online after finding a coupon code through their Facebook page. The shipping was extremely fast. I placed my order Saturday and had the box at my door by Tuesday afternoon. Very impressed! I bought Citrus, Orange Creme and Very Berry for the kids. The Citrus and Orange Creme are amazing! I mix them every morning in my protein shake and absolutely love the flavour. I haven't tried the Very Berry with the kids yet but I will this week. If they don't like it, I'm sure I'll drink it myself.
As mentioned above, the cost is a little expensive. If you buy the product off the shelf at GNC it will run you anywhere from $25-$28 a bottle. I ordered these online, with a coupon and had 3 bottles delivered to my door for less than $50. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Using the oils pretty much daily, it looks like I will get an entire month out of a single bottle. Not bad at all in my opinion.
If you need to supplement your diet with some omega-3's then I definitely recommend this product.
