I was craving a Chicken Panini so I decided to take a stab at making a healthy version. This one turned out quite tasty. So much so I made it twice! It’s really easy and quick to make!
- Weight Watcher 100% Whole Wheat Flat Roll
- 3.5 ozs of grilled chicken breast
- Jalapeno Peppers
- 2 tbsps Salsa
- 1/2 serving Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
This sandwich really doesn’t need guided directions. Cook the chicken breast on a grill. In a separate pan throw in your onion and peppers to cook them up a bit. Add the Mozzarella cheese to get it nice and melted. Top the whole wheat flat roll with salsa and add the chicken, veggies and cheese mixture. Enjoy!
